With Prof. Jayant Vishnu Narlikar just before getting into the plane in Pune, India, (January, 2005)

I am currently doing my second year PhD in theoretical nuclear physics. My research interest encompass GR, Nuclear Astrophysics and Particle Cosmology. In particular, I am interested on the Neutron Stars, Black Holes, Early Universe and Inflation.

Short biography

I was born in 1982 in Sariosiyo district, Surkhondaryo province of the republic of Uzbekistan (former Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic). In 1998 I entered the Samarkand State University where I got my B.Sc. in physics in 2002. I worked with an experimental optics group and my research thesis was "Investigation of C=O vibration of cyclohexanone in polar and inpolar solutions using the Raman spectra method". In 2004 I got my M.Sc. in theoretical physics from the National University of Uzbekistan. During these years I worked in the electrodynamics of compact objects and gravity. My research thesis was "Quasistationary electromagnetic effects in gravitational field". In the January of 2005 I went for collaboration in the area of string cosmology to the Inter-University Center for Astronomy and Astrophysics (IUCAA), Pune, India. In the October of 2005 I was enrolled into an advanced masters program in the International Center for Theoretical Physics (ICTP) that I graduated in 2007. During these years I worked with Prof. Paolo Creminelli in the area of primordial density perturbation in cosmology and my graduation thesis was "Generalized slow-roll approach in inflation". In 2007 I was enrolled to the Florida State University.
